Managing Director of Issy Média, a public-private company in charge of the communication and the Information Technologies within the city of Issy-les-Moulineaux since 1998, I was before Director of the Mayor’s office.

I’m co-ordinating the ICT-projects of Issy-les-Moulineaux since 1995. I’m in charge of organizing the World e-Democracy Forum - a major event annually hosted by the city since 2000 -, and I represent Issy-les-Moulineaux as Chair City in the Global Cities Dialogue, (www.globalcitiesdialogue.org), an non-profit making international association of 200 cities promoting an Information Society for all.

I represent also the City of Issy-les-Moulineaux in European co-operation projects related to ICT.
