On 19th April we hosted a live chat with Hille Hinsberg [click here] as part of the online discourse on eParticipation in Central and Eastern Europe.
Hille is Communications Officer at the Estonian Cabinet Office; is responsible for osale.ee, the Estonian e-consultation portal; is actively involved in establishing communication channels between citizens and government institutions and promoting good practice in engaging citizens; and advises government agencies on eParticipation. She has cross-sector experience, having worked as spokesperson for the Non-Estonians’ Integration Foundation and managed EU-funded projects.
This was the second of three live chats as part of the ongoing PEP-NET Online Discourse on eParticipation in Central and Eastern Europe. On Friday we held a successful live chat with Marko Rakar, the full text and summary of which were posted on the online discourse website.
