“eParticipation in Central and Eastern Europe”: Have you participated yet?26. April 2010 – 16:14 by John Heaven (TuTech Innovation GmbH) |
If you have something to say about eParticipation in Central and Eastern Europe, you can still participate in the online discourse. However, the forum has closed and we have now created summaries of the discussion. Anyone can edit the summaries using Google Docs, meaning that you still have a chance to contribute until May 7th. These documents will be submitted to the European Commission in a situation paper.
We categorised the discussion from phases 1 and 2, including the live chats, and used the categories to produce summaries using the Google Docs online word processor:
- Historical legacy, citizenship, civil society, trust in government
- Digital divide, infrastructure, penetration
- Lessons learnt, best practice, specific projects
- eVoting
- Miscellaneous
By clicking the links, you can edit the documents. Don’t worry about making mistakes or accidentally deleting text: all revisions are automatically saved so we can reverse changes if necessary.
You can still read the content on www.internet-discourse.eu, but can no longer add to it.
The first two phases of the online discourse took place from Monday 12th April to Friday 23rd April. Many prominent eParticipation experts and practitioners, both from the region itself and elsewhere, took part in the discourse by discussing issues on the forum and by attending the online live chats with Marko Rakar, Hille Hinsberg and Simon Delakorda.
